Jeeva Santai Villas - Senggigi

Staying at Jeeva Santai Villas was a dream come true. The Santai Beautiful Villa with Private Pool gives you that fancy, homey feeling, especially with the outdoor bathroom setup-totally unique! The private pool was a highlight. The location near the beach offered very nice sunset views. I appreciated the staff's attention. Every request was met with a smile, and the restaurant served lovely meals right at the water's edge-highly recommend the breakfast! A few hiccups occurred, like not having shower towels on the first day and some mix-ups with room service. The younger staff at the reception struggled a bit with English, made discussing some issues challenging. The overall ambiance and beauty of the place made it worth it.

Incredible base for discovering Senggigi with best and well experienced staff at reception desk. The rooms with even umbrellas and straight access, as for instance. A simply stunning and fantastic hotel, my first choice in Senggigi.

The privacy and atmosphere were unbeatable! Our villa had a lovely space to relax, but a slight language barrier with reception made some requests tricky 😅 a nice getaway!

Exceptional location next to a restaurant overlooking the sea and Bali in the distance, activities available, and beach, comfortable ambience. Also, hard to leave the property at all for exploring the island...

The rooms are good quality with comfortable beds and smoke detectors. Attentive and very very helpful staff at reception desk, and the ambience is comfortable. The location is excellent, 3 km from Art Market Senggigi.

This place suits me perfectly! With amenities like 24-hour security, a lovely outdoor swimming pool, and excellent dining options, it has everything I need. The staff even helped me print documents during my first stay. I highly recommend this spot for an lovely trip.

The outdoor bathroom setup was unique and refreshing.

First, the pool villa we received was poorly maintained, with stains and old furniture that desperately needed updates. Another major frustration was the insufficient lighting around the private pool. It was far too dark to enjoy a late-night swim, disappointing. The service level also left much to be desired, as the cleanliness of the towels and the condition of the furnishings clearly did not meet any luxury standard.

The staff were friendly and helped set up snorkeling trips and a spa transfer. Loved the private pool at our villa and the sunset views while dining by the beach. The peaceful atmosphere and clean facilities made for a relaxing getaway.

No sandy beach access , but fine villas and really good food make it worth it!

The staff were friendly, always greeting us by name, which gave a personal touch to our experience. The food was amazing, especially the whole fish baked in a salt crust, we couldn't get enough of it!

A fitting option for a brief pause in Senggigi with good value for money. The pool clarity was excellent, making it a pleasure to swim. Make sure to ask about room features upon arrival to avoid surprises.
